I was told that 40K CP sets were close to 500 points - I don't have a codex (yet) but using some info i found online this set is quite a bit short of that?

I was thinking of building the following:-

- 1x Tech-Priest Enginseer;
- 1x Onager Dunecrawler;
- 3x Kataphron Destroyers;
- 10x Skitarii Rangers.

What is the best way to arm these figures and roughly how many points would that be?

I could then plan which other models to purchase any recommendations would be appreciated for a 500 point army to start with?

The best way to arm them depends upon what upu want them to do.

As for how much that'd cost?
Whichever online source you're getting your info from (battlescribe etc) can tell you that as well.

Its about 400~ points with some uplift if you took a lot of special weapons.
