Nocturna are doing a massive Kickstarter which has only been live for a little while and is already well underway with heading toward their funding goal.

They are releasing a selection of STL - 3D print - demonic models and they look REALLY good!

Right now they've got several Cults unlocked as part of the core set and the Cult of Pain set for stretch goals - no set values for them but as they are stls (basically no delivery cost) and as they've the silhouettes the sculpting is done, so its seems they are purely waiting to see how well things fund before setting a price on them.
