Hello everybody, I'm new to the forum!
I am writing for advice on a 2k point list of Space Marine Salamander because I keep losing games with my friends
(At the time of Old World of Warhammer I was not bad with my Bretonnian army... but Bretonnia is extinct nowdays T_T)

Now in the 40k world generally play against Necron and Tau, but I never manage to win a game, at most I lose to the points.
The following is the list of all my SM miniatures that I play as Salamanders, could someone more experienced than me recommend some nice list to try win with what I have?

(Playing with friends, the miniature's weapons are not a problem during the game, for example if I have 2 devastators with the multimelta and 2 with the laser cannon, I can say that I have 4 multimelta, if I have my Redemptor Dreadnought assembled with the Macro Plasma Incinerator, on the list, I can take it with Heavy Onslaught Gatling Cannon, etc. .)

The strength of the Salamanders is in the single repeatable wound roll for each single unit and in the +1 to wound for melta and flame weapons on turns 2 and 3, but I can't find "a way to victory".

Two of my tactics are:
To use 5 Flamestorm Aggressors in the repulsor, transport them in a good place then disembark and use:
2CP Flamecraft: 5 models can make 60 shot that have already hit
1CP The Crucible of Battle: +1 to wound roll
If needed:
1CP The Fires of Battle: for every 4+ to wound with flame or melta weapon, the target suffer 1 mortal wound (I think now there are max 3 mortal wound)

Put 5 Devastator Marine with 4 multimelta and a combimelta (for the sergeant) in a Drop Pod and use:
1CP Relentless Determination: keep the +3 hit roll after they disenbark from drop pod
1CP The Crucible of Battle

These are my miniatures:
3 Outrider Squad
3 Bladeguard Veteran
1 Bladeguard Ancient
3 Eradicators
10 Assault Intercessor Squad
10 Primaris Hellblasters
9 Primaris Aggressors
2 Stormraven Gunship
1 Repulsor
1 Hammerfall Bunker
1 Invictor Tactical Warsuit
1 Redemptor Dreadnought
1 Ironclad Dreadnought
1 Dreadnought
1 Land Speeder Storm
5 Space Marine Scout Squad
5 Terminator Squad
3 Bike Squad
10 Devastator Squad
1 Drop Pod
5 Space Marine Assault Squad
20+ Space Marine Tactical Squad

1 Vulkan He'Stan
2 Space Marine Captain
1 Techmarine
1 Primaris Captain
1 Primaris Liutenant
1 Primaris Chaplain
1 Judiciar
1 Primaris Apothecary
1 Primaris Chaplain on Bike

Can anyone help me?
thank you all! <3<3<3

ok... hm. This is tough. Your selection is missing some major staples and its hard to make it work with what you have. You have a lot of the big showpiece units but unfortunately those units arent typically very good. I guess I'd go with something like:

Vanguard detachment

Captain
Chaplain

5 Assault Intercessors

6 Agressors with flamestorm
3 Agressors with flamestorm
3 Bladeguard Veterans
1 Chief Apothecary
1 Redemptor dreadnaught (loadout of choice)
5 Terminators

3 Outriders

10 Hellblasters
5 Devestators, 4 multimeltas

1 Drop Pod

You should have some extra points to play around with for upgrades. You might consider using Strategic Reserves on some of your Aggressors, this will get them into range and it only costs CP unlike a Repulsor, which IMO is not a good include.

Frankly you're going to struggle against Tau probably. I dont know how I am going to beat Tau either. Their codex is just ridiculous currently. But you should have a shot against necrons.

That means 1 box of Infiltrators/Incursors, 1 box of Heavy Intercessors, and 2 ATV boxes. If you do the Infiltrators first - being able to start Turn 1 on a way out there Objective is nice - that's roughly 300+ points you'd have to sub in until you can get the Heavys and the ATVs - You didn't mention loadout, but 5 Terminators with a Heavy Flamer, and a Dreadnaught with stormbolter will just fit in the same points.

I'd think about getting another box of eradicators to get them up to 5. I'd think about getting another box of Bladeguard to get them up to 5. Vulkan synergizes with Eradicators very well. He could just outright replace the Bladeguard Captain (I'm assuming is your Primaris Cap) when you get more of the basics. Or he could hop in the Drop Pod with a bunch of Melta Sternguard.

Looking at your list I see what looks like a lot of boxed sets with a sprinking of vehicle kits and a few others here and there. I don't see a lot of synergy and 1-2 combos.

The ATVs carrying Onslaught and Multi Meltas work well with the Outriders. Hestan works with Eradicators The Lietuenant with Vulkan's sigil works well with the bladeguard (and even better if there were 5 - getting +1A from the Sigil, +1A from charging, +1A from the Ancient for +3 A per or +15A with 5 bladeguard) plus he's got Rites of War so the Captain, LT, Ancient, and Bladeguard unit all travelling together are all Objective Secured.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.
