So this is my first real, attempt at doing NMM, not just like toying around but actually giving it an honest go.
Looking for some feed back on both the steel and on the gold

Steel i used loaded brush method and i feel like it came out alright, i just need to practice the technique more.

The gold i only did it on the arrow tip, and I think i have the colors right, i just need to get the technique down.

Looking for feed back on it.

To many unpainted models to count.

It looks fantastic! A little edge highlight on the arrow and it'll be good.

Yeah looks decent. I would give the gold trim a hard outline. This is vital to create the effect of a hard metal edge. Same on the sword edges themselves. Personally I give the entire edge a hard highlight, just vary the tone slightly so it's not too uniform. I would also expand the white highlight on the tip to be more on line with the lower light point too, like parallel to it, because at the moment it looks a little off, like you've left a blob of white on the end by mistake.

Oh, and welcome to the world of pushing highlights around in frustration forever... I mean painting non metallic metal.
