Hi Everyone,

So reading through the new Nachmund detachment rules and getting confused about what keywords are what exactly I need some help. Can I take a detachment of Astra Militarum and a Detachment of Miltarum Tempestus within the same overall army and have each detachment with it's own different traits? Or would I have to pick one, say Cadian, for the whole army with these two detachments, and then only the Astra Militarum detachment would gain any traits?

So Astra Militarum and the Scions don't have the same word within the <....> brackets, but does this make a difference at all? I'm very confused......

Every <Regiment> needs to be the same in your list
Every <Tempestus Regiment> needs to be the same in your list

That's it

So I can take an astra militarum detachment with their own regimental doctrines and a militarum tempestus detachment with different regimental doctrines?

So all units of a different <keyword group> are ok to be included as seperatr detatchments in the same army.

So in theory yes you can have both a regiment and a tempestus regiment as seperate Detachment

But their are some limitations

"If your army contains any units with both the <REGIMENT> and <TEMPESTUS REGIMENT> keywords, you must choose a different keyword to replace each of those keywords on those units’ datasheets."

So if my regiment keyword was catachan

Any unit with both regiment and tempestus regiment would have to have catachan replacing its regiment keyword in the other detatchment and vice versa for the tenpestus regiment
