So I started playing in like 92. Back then I shoplifted chaos minis and eventually adopted the dark angels as my chapter because plastic boxes of space marines came out.

Over some long years I have a bunch of deathwing and of course a random assortment of minis I thought looked cool or were cheap.

Always loved deathwing. The secrecy, their native roots and monastic medieval knight aesthetic? feth yeah.

The dark Angels have the best unique sculpted space marine units hands fething down. Fight me.

Back in like 94 when Azrael dropped?? Same sculpt btw. Lazarus sucks. Lame.

Anyways. Bought myself some blade guards... damn they look dope.

Got me a squad of knights, a regular deathwing/assault cannon squad, a full command squad (champ, apothecary, ancient, blah),I have a primaris chaplain I will just proxy as an interrogator chaplain. I have a venerable dreadnought and one of those big land raiders. What's my 1000 point army?

I have no idea. I figured interrogator chaplain and bladeguard veterans, knights and belial and 7e box deathwing squad with assault cannon maybe with terminator librarian or something.

I just want a melee death blob. Apothecary, chaplain, knights, ancient, belial, librarian, bladeguard?

New to the site, but long time fan or lore fiend of the 40k.

Been in the scene back before I could walk thanks to parents being long time players, painted my first minis back where it was metal or nothing. But just recently got my head out the books and into the paint, got a blood angels army and working on a Tau front now (i know one extreme to another.)

Glad to stumble in here and looking forward to learning some knowledge and skills from fellow players of the most expensive hobby on earth.
