I've had a flip through the rules but want to be extra sure; is there anything preventing me from performing an action at the end of the movement phase, on the turn in which I've Deep-Striked? I would assume that as both aspects are at the end of the movement phase I can decide the order in which they're done.

Depends upon the timing of the Action in question.

Genestealer Cults have an Action which is started "at the end of the Move Units step of your Movement phase" - which precludes units arriving from Reserves.

I would postulate the Reinforcements Step of the movement phase is not the end of the movement phase, it is the reinforcements step, and the end of the movement phase happens after the reinforcements step, which would also allow you to begin an action

9th has change things from 8th, the "Movement Phase" is now split into two steps, "1. Move Units" and then "2. Reinforcements". Things that happen "at the end of the movement phase" now explicitly occur after both of those two steps have occurred, you don't get to decide that, it's not a question of you being able to order things.

This is confirmed in the glossary where "end of the phase" is defined as "Rules that specify that they take place at the end of a phase only take effect after any other actions that would take place in that phase have been completed." That confirms that the end of the movement phase must be after "1. Move Units" and "2. Reinforcements".

I see, it's been a very long time since I last played 9th so forgot the whole Reinforcements part of the phase.
