ok so ive put off making this list until the codex was released,
ive wanted to do a saim hann list for a while i was hoping you'd be able to field wind riders as troops like before but i guess with detachments they decided against that, so i have to use an outrider detachment which means i dont get back the detachment points.

so here it is.
Aeldari Outrider Detachment

The Wild Hunt - Craftworld abilities Hail of doom and Superior shurikens. (6 to hit auto wounds and counts as a 6 wound roll for shuriken weapons & Shuriken weapons have an additional 3" range)

Autarch Skyrunner Shard of Anaris and mark of the incomparable hunter (warlord)
Maugen Ra

6 wind riders 3 shuri-cannons
6 wind riders 3 shuri-cannons
6 wind riders 3 shuri-cannons
6 wind riders 3 shuri-cannons
3 Shroud runners
6 Shining spears with exarch with paragon sabre and heartstrike and shuri-cannon

3 warlock skyrunners with singing spears (embolden/horrify & enhance/drain)

a very fast and mobile force but only 7CP to start with but with strands of fate im hoping the rolls make up the difference in certain situations.
i know maugen Ra doesnt seem to fit with the mobility of the rest of the force but as he can ride around in the falcon this shouldnt be an issue.

the folklore about the wild hunt is that during certain times of the year an unearthly hunt occurs and any caught in its path are prey or willing subjects who join the hunt, the leader rides with a war host of ghostly spirits and elvish warriors astride steeds of black and red, shamans and witched project astral forms to join the hunt and death is said join the hunt. hence the craftworld of the wild hunt it is also said to be its most powerful at twilight and so the mysterious harlequins are part of the hunt.

You can only have a maximum of 3 units of anything. So you have too many windrider units. You’re kind of light on anti tank maybe drop some Windriders and get some vypers with bright lances

Maybe dump the harlequin patrol and get another falcon and some dire avengers / fire dragons to capture objectives turn 1 and get a nice alpha strike.

i didnt know about the rule of three thankyou,
i have thought about your advise but im not taking the harlies out, im a fluffy player not hardcore tournie player.
but i have increased my AT by adding another void weaver and having both with haywire cannons i increased the sky weavers to a unit of 5 with 2 glaives and 3 haywire cannons

so as it stands now here is the revised list

The Rule of Three is a "suggested guideline" not a hard and fast rule, but is DeFacto expected. If you have a group that doesn't do it, go for it, if you're looking for a random pickup - I wouldn't.
