Based on secondaries leap of faith, warp ritual, investigate signal

Some of my takeaways from this list:

- Give Sacresant Superiors Spear of the Faithful
- I assume the Flamer Retibutors Superior has a combi-flamer? I would swap this with a combi-melta to take advantage of the Holy Trinity strategy so that you can get +1 to wound.
- You'll need to save some points to do the above 2 points, so I would drop the inferno pistols on the BS Superiors, you should keep these squads cheap and with such short range, its unlikely they'll achieve anything with it.
- Repentia could do with some transports do get into combat safely, drop some BS/Novitiate Squads to get some rhinos for them.
