I just saw this in a Premium Bandai promo e-mail, and haven't seen it discussed on Dakkadakka.

It's available to order directly in Japan, the USA and a few other countries, but not the UK - although it might be available through some resellers.

Apparently pre-orders opened on the 18th of March and will close on the 28th of March.

It's not my thing, but I thought some might want to get one while they can.
