A fun experiment with a concept that I found quite interesting. Basically one of the reasons why codex creep seems so extreme is that books are "over-tuned" to an extent upon release then get nerfed. Then the next codex comes out at a similar level to the previous, pre nerf, codex but looks stronger because they can now operate at the level of the un-nerfed codexes that went before.
A fun game and well worth a watch, IMHO.
Liquifier spam Drukhari would give quins some real issues I think, even with the minus six inch range.

I'm not offering this as a solution, more an interesting observation.
I think it shows that the rules writing team are happy to release overturned books with a view to to bring them down afterwards. So each new book looks more crazy because it's being compared to already nerfed, previously overturned books.
