I am planning my Eldar Altansar force, and having experimented with a few color mixes, I have found a color I really like. In order to keep it standard, I want to take the two colors I have and just 1:1 the contents of both pots. I need something to store the new paint in, but I am unsure of the measurements for GW pots, and for a good pot to use to add them too. Does anyone here know how many Oz are in a standard GW color pot and if there are any companies that make empty pots for cheap?

GW's website lists the size of each paint pot, but they're not all the same size. Macragge Blue base paint is a 12ml bottle, for example.

As far as a source for empty pots, I don't know about that. Dropper bottles are easy enough to find on Amazon.

GW's paint pots are 12ml according to the online store. According to Google, 12ml is approximately 0.4 oz.

The 2 pots you emptied out to make the mixture? Put half in each...

I've done that in the past with Tamiya paints, as the pots are big enough that you can fit 2 full pots into a single pot I just poured one pot into the other, carefully mixed them, then poured half back into the other pot so I could get the lids back on without them spilling.

I don't know if GW pots are big enough (or empty enough!) for that though.

Probably not - you'd need to pour out, mix, and pour back in again.
