I saw this a little while ago. Very impressive. By far the best non-commercially sponsored Space Marine cosplay I've seen.

IMO the launch party for the original Space Marine video game is still No.1. They had an Ultramarine and a Khorne Berserker IIRC. Absolutely amazing.

The dark behind the eyes.

Outstanding costume. Shame about the person interviewing him.

The entire video, I was waiting for him to ask an obvious question - can the chap actually walk? He was stood there the entire time and all other pictures were still images, with none showing him in a walking pose.

So does he have to transport it and get into it and just stand there doing photos and such? Or is it capable of movement? If the latter, how? It looks like the legs are too long for his own legs, so I presume it would have to involve stilts, levers or other such. Given that the guy is apparently an engineer it might be interesting to hear either how he went about this or else why it was considered too difficult.

But no, let's just not even mention the subject in the slightest.

Yeah, when i read the small novel that is the Death Guard unit options and think about resolving the attacks from a melee-oriented min size death guard squad, the thing that springs to mind is "Accessible!"

You're not. If you're worried about your opponent using 'fake' rules, you're having fun the wrong way. This hobby isn't about rules. It's about buying Citadel miniatures.

Please report to your nearest GW store for attitude readjustment. Take your wallet.

The armor doesn't look significantly different in size/articulation than most other "standing on bucket-stilts" designs. You can even see the giveaway "short thighs/long shins" placement of the knee joint. There's no reason he shouldn't be able to walk.

It's a very well-made version of a commonplace method for making oversized costumes.
