Hello, was curious if anyone know which pattern of Power Armor the World Eaters had both used the most and preferred during the early Horus Heresy, Mark II or Mark III?

I would assume II. Mkiii iron armour was heavy duty stuff that slowed the wearer and even when they were stillthe war hounds the 12th were still ones to treat 'aggressive frontal assault' as the default battle plan.
Their upgrade kit is Mk2 so likely Mk2. That being said the World Eaters didn't really do "caring" about their gear. Armour is armour, it keeps you from dying when you do the killing.
