The hardest gunline i could come up with that does not use Shuriken/hail of doom stuff.
Biggest issue is lack of objective monkeys. That being said.....
You got the
CP/seer of vector too pump a lot of stratagems.
The Fire Prisms when used with enough abilities can stay out of line of sight and still Delete the big boys. ( Assuming you can get line of sight )
I'm guessing 2 turns of shooting if you hug the back of the map at most vs melee lists.
If your fighting another gun line, Deep strike the 6 D-cannons turn 2 on a board edge and Prey you roll well on your hit rolls. They do have guardian keyword, so you can give them +1 to hit, and re-roll 1s for 2cp if you wish.
The Wraith guard with shields and protect/fortune each turn are hard too get rid of. just screen them in the middle.
The falcon can deep strike with the D-cannons if you want some screening for them. Or just sit in the back and shoot its Bright lance/Pulse. The Howling banshees in it are just more screening in case anything melee gets too close.
No one will get near 6 D-cannons without a plan too hurt them. Don't be afraid too move them up and choke your opponent with there 24 inch range. Again, the D-cannons could be considered Screening for the Prisms vs melee armies.
We obv got the Baharroth with 10 Guided Hawk-plume/evasion combo, a must take in any competitive
CWE list I think. ( also a great unit for the Hawk bombing stratagem during movement phase, very very safe.

)
As with all
CWE lists, there is not a lot of room for mistakes. Stay out of line of sight. Use your Fire and fade abilities! You have the guns and the range. but you need 2-3 Turns too shoot them. always assuming your going second and litter your deployment zone with lots of Line of sight blocking terrain. Huge grav tanks are hard too hide.

( you can give a tank -1 too shoot at if you fail too fade a tank back for 1
cp )
You could spend 2
CP for fire and fade. or use Vector engines and 1CP auto 6 it too safety after a Linked fire. after 1 or 2 linked fires, I tend too move the Prisms out and start 3D3 Dispersed shots at everything, hence the spirit stones.
Fate dice, look for hit rolls. you need your stuff too hit! ( I almost ran Biel-Tan just for that re-roll 1 hit dice, the 2nd best faction
imo behind Ulthwe. Ill try this list with out Eldrad later with it. )
