Hello Dakka Dakka,

I just got into Kill Team and am looking at finding ways to get into 40K. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any gaming groups in regional South Australia north of Adelaide. I'm pretty new but but keen to get into the hobby and I guess I'm looking to meet with adult hobbyists (I'm a 31 year old dude if that matters) who I can bounce ideas and banter off. If anyone has any tips on finding gaming groups in country SA please let me know.

I think if you live in an area of lower population density, you might struggle to find other players here on Dakka.

If there's a store nearby ask the shop keeper "do people play this, is there a club, when and where do people meet up to play this?"

Otherwise maybe try looking for local facebook groups.

It's always worth asking.

Unfortunately I don't know of anyone in regional SA, but if you were closer to Adelaide I'd have taken you up on playing a couple of games (although I've been out of the 40k pool for a few years now, looking more at things like OnePageRules or independent stuff like Planet 28)
