So in 30K there is this dude with a fell hand. And in 40K Bjørn has the fell hand on his dreadnought body.

What is the story of that fell hand?

Bjorn lost an arm on Prospero, and later 'found' the Fell-Hand lightning claw which replaced it.

There's a rumour that the Geigor miniature was meant to be Bjorn, until someone released that Bjorn was still a nobody at Prospero.

“Fell-handed” is just a term of endearment, like stout-hearted or steelmind. It means someone that prefers to execute their enemies up close but without excess mucking about. Just chop and done, who’s next?

The fingers on that poverfist are the exact fingers in the bjørn model. It seems rather intensional.

I mean they're fingers with norse knotwork on it, pretty common design motif, but yes, Gregior dies on prosperio IIRC and Bjorn is given his lighting claw.

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Small correction, he doesn't die. The lightning claw was intended for Geigor and Bjorn took it from the armory.

The thing about 40k is that no one person can grasp the fullness of it.
