Grimbloods is a Space Wolf chapter that are also known as the Fire Wolves (not to be confused with the Fire Howlers, Bloodhowl's company), and focus on flamers and have a dozen Land Raider Redeemers. So... lots of flamers here.
Not completely sold on Grey Hunters, and I am considering Assault Intercessors instead. Would prefer Incursors(and the 750 version I am working on takes them) but didn't want to drop the 2x Heavy Flamers on the Dreadnought or the Power Fists. The Grey Hunters are likely sitting on the home objective and plinking anyway but have Chainswords for better melee. Assault Intercessors have a better profile for melee and on the pistol, but a shorter range which could be an issue. I also have an army from 3rd edition, so firstborn isn't much of an issue. Would be mostly Firstborn with Grey Hunters, except the
HQ. Regular Techmarine is so much worse than the Primaris one for +10 points though.
Skyclaws are equipped according to the 3 special weapons interpretation of "up to two and pack leaders' pistols can be replaced". Probably will magnetize though, and option to swap for meltas and gravguns as well as for table variance on that interpretation.
Primaris Techmarine follows the Dreadnought, likely advancing(and popping a few shots with the forge bolter) with Hunter to keep up. Free 6" Heroic Intervention and Armour of Russ to defend the Dreadnought.
Not 100% on what secondaries would be good to take in Nephilim and 500 points, but this list is a bit more focused on fighting than objectives. Heroic Challenge (Primaris Techmarine is fairly fighty)? Warrior Pride (but only 5 units so hard to get 2 charging/engaged each round) otherwise Engage on All Fronts(kinda hard to get 3 quarters multiple times with only 5 units)? A Mighty Saga or Oaths of Moment maybe? Banners or Retrieve Data?
Yes, I know it barely qualifies as a Space Wolves list because it doesn't have a Cyberwolf.
