It might just be there's a lot of people slamming the system all at once and its overloaded. Best thing to do though is to contact GW directly and have a chat with them about the issue.

Otherwise if you've tried different browsers and such there might be little else you can do. Note you might want to double check your bank account if you do online banking; just to make sure that it is rejecting things before processing payments and that its not processed a payment then had a glitch
