If it's non-competitive I would bail on the Snaggas and I would double down on everything Dakka or Heavy to make the most out of the Kultur. Tankbustas, Koptas, Buggies, Jets, Flash Gitz, etc.

I would also ditch the Vanguard detachment (unless you have plans to load up on Elites) and go with a battalion and find with points for an extra HQ choice. That will get you all of the spent CP back without wasting any slots.

Otherwise, check out the Orks thread in the Tactics subforum. Bad Moons aren't the hotness right now, and I know you've said it's non-competitive, but the folks there will help out picking the best units for your theme.
