So after a few years of debating I finally pulled the trigger and just bought most of an army outright.
Well... Not really an army. A collection of models that looks like an army.

Once constructed the force will look something like...

20 guys with bolters
10 guys with pistols and clubs
10 guys with clubs and shields
10 guys with grenade launchers and shields
10 guys with sniper rifles
3 guys with... Big sci-fi guns
2 character models
1 robot dog
3 things (maybe 4) that are basically guns with treads
2 vehicles that can't transport anyone.

If you haven't guessed... I got 50 Palanite Enforcers, 24 Palanite Subjugators, the FW character Enforcer and a few of the Servo Hauler kits (along with the bits for a few Icarus Stormcannons from the Stormhawk).

My plan is to make an army out of them but sort of based on an old force organization chart style of army.
The tractors will have their servo arms replaced with Icarus Stormcannons and the larger haulers will have storm bolters and maybe a lascannon each. I'm going to try and make them into some sort of transport or tank.
The additional 10 bodies will be used to man the tracked guns and possibly a few might be used in vehicle hatches. If not... I will have at least 6 spare bodies I can use as a special weapons team or maybe a command squad.

I'm not sure what they could all be proxied as. A friend suggested I use them as scions if I could swap out their weapons. I suggest that in theory I could extend their shotgun barrels and paint the rounds as batteries and this particular PDF uses "pump action" lasguns that use battery charges. Instead of each casing ejecting after each pump, it would only eject when the battery was spent.

I'm going to make them some sort of Regiment that works along side the inquisition and Sisters of Battle. Maybe some sort of back story about them having overcome a massive Genestealer cult infestation on their homeworld and have become skilled at identifying them and their habits.

What do you think? Possible to ever get games in with this force?

I can think of three different armies that would probably work for stats but not be vary good.

Battle Sisters + Space marine aux + Eversor assassin:

20 guys with bolters (Battle Sisters)
10 guys with pistols and clubs (Add jetpacks: Zephyrim)
10 guys with clubs and shields ( Sacresants)
10 guys with grenade launchers and shields ("heavy bolter" Retributors / squad upgrades)
10 guys with sniper rifles (1 auxillary detachment of space marine sniper scouts)
3 guys with... Big sci-fi guns ("multi-melta" sisters)
2 character models (Canoness , Palatine)
1 robot dog (Eversor Assassin)
3 things (maybe 4) that are basically guns with treads (Mortifiers (keep the servo arm))
2 vehicles that can't transport anyone. (?)

Inquisition + Guard+ Eversor assassin:

20 guys with bolters (Tempestus scions)
10 guys with pistols and clubs (Inquisition Acolytes)
10 guys with clubs and shields (Crusaders)
10 guys with grenade launchers and shields (Inquisition Acolytes)
10 guys with sniper rifles (3 command squads with snipers)
3 guys with... Big sci-fi guns (melta-gun scions)
2 character models (1 inquisitor, 1 Tempestor Prime)
1 robot dog (Eversor assassin)
3 things (maybe 4) that are basically guns with treads (sentinels)
2 vehicles that can't transport anyone. (?)

Craftworld Eldar:

20 guys with bolters (Guardian Defenders)
10 guys with pistols and clubs (Storm guardians)
10 guys with clubs and shields (Striking Scorpians)
10 guys with grenade launchers and shields (Dark Reapers)
10 guys with sniper rifles (Rangers)
3 guys with... Big sci-fi guns (Dark Reaper Exarchs)
2 character models (Autarch?)
1 robot dog (Add a psyker: Yvraine)
3 things (maybe 4) that are basically guns with treads (War Walkers)
2 vehicles that can't transport anyone. (?)

Many excellent suggestions. I've since.made.a few tweaks to the list. I'm thinking scions or scouts might be the way to go.
