I am looking for help with 1000 points of Eldar. I'm trying to decide what miniatures to buy.

Farseer Skyrunner - Spirit Stone, Doom, Fortune, Executioner
Farseer - Warlord - Natural Leader, Guide, Will of Asuryan
5 Rangers
5 Rangers
10 Guardian Defenders
5 Dire Avengers - Two guns
5 Howling Banshees - Mirrorswords, Piercing Strikes
5 Striking Scorpions - Claw & chainswords
Wave Serpent
5 Warp Spiders - Surprise Assault, Two Death Spinners & Powerblades

I currently own 1 Farseer Skyrunner, 5 Dire Avengers, and 5 Rangers. I'm wanting to expand to 1,000 points but I'm unsure which units would be best to include first.

I would say finish out your Dire Avengers first so you can give them "shredding fire" to get the most out of them, then go for some close combat as it is currently what you are lacking,Banshees are big right now, but scorpions are also amazing, depends what your local meta is. Don't be afraid to look into a falcon or wave Serpent as our vehicles can be obnoxious to deal with and the falcon not only give your Banshees a quick way onto the field, but gives you some anti-armor as well.......but don't forget you need a 2nd troop as well!
