Will the upcoming kill team book have the rules from the kill team moroch book?

No, the Moroch book would be the Kill Teams for the models from the set and the scenarios that make up the Moroch campaign. It isn't actually a rule book.

Core Rules book of KT21 contains only the rules for the game, no datasheets of any kind. This applies to Core Rules books of both seasons.

Moroch book contains the datasheets for Phobos Team & Bloode Team, as well as Missions using the Moroch box terrain. Such campaign books always contain the datasheets and missions for each respective box, but no rules, aside from campaign specific special rules.

"The larger point though, is that as players, we have more control over what the game looks and feels like than most of us are willing to use in order to solve our own problems"
