So wanted to start daemons and this was my first list idea of a 2000 points list i wanted to work to:

  • So nurgle in different det. because i like the WS effects the most
    poxbringers buffs plaguebearers
    beast harass, distract, maybe deepstrike in, i duno but liked the rules.
    plaguedrones a bit the same but are faster. maybe late game fly to objectives if they still live

    other detachment for access to undivided WS effects
    tzeentch for psychic and because i like the greater daemon model the most
    the horrors do back line objectives

    changecaster buffs flamers, flamers hopefully melt stuff
    flesh hounds because i like the models and can be anoying
    screamers are more for late game objectives

    soul grinder for some heavy shooting and moving up to wack stuff (therefor khorne, actually don't know what would be best for him, maybe tzeentch for better cc safe)
    no slaanesh because are more glass cannons and don't like that so much

    I think Khorne is the best choice for Grinders. 2 extra attacks makes it a real beatstick, and since it's only 190pts, I'd rather have the extra attacks than the increase in melee survivability.

    And just fyi, you get the Undivided Warp Storm for having any Daemon detachment. So if you are pure Khorne, you'll get the Undivided and the Khorne.

    For soul grinder durability nurgle is sweet. T9 makes those meltas/power fists wound on 5's, lascannons on 4's etc. I would take that over tzeentch. Though 2 ironclaw attacks isn't that bad..i just find killing target anyway but eventually i'm sure i charge knight or something
