What is he doing ? As he reunated with Mortarion ? Or he is he still doing is own thing ?

He and Mortarion had a major falling out when Mortarion refused to call of the Plague Wars so as to answer the call to defend the Scourge Stars. He's recently had a major role in the Charadon campaign.

That will undoubtedly happen sometime, but they've always been estranged. It was Typhus who mostly took the fight to the Imperium instead of Mortarion before the Plague Wars, and his ultimate goal is to become a daemon prince and supersede Mortarion as Nurgle's favorite servant.
