They recently got reduced in points and some of them are now alright if you got some spare points. There isn't a single one I'd consider a must take, except for maybe the re-roll # of hits on a plagueweapon (this will go on flamers) by virtue of being the cheapest so you'll almost always have the points left.
I tried several of them and overall they rarely have a significant impact on my games but neither did I ever feel I wasted the points spend on them.
