Working on them from GW can literally mean years down the road so don't hold your breath.

If you don't mind proxies and/or are good at converting the new Goliath Maulers could work as good Chaos Bikes.

the big ol' rumour dump never said they're coming with the book. Just that they're coming.

Not a bike obviously but there's a rumour engine of a big old chaos claw with a nozzle in the middle that hasn't been used and doesn't line up with WE leaks:
