Personally, I always prefer to use PSM to proxy oldschool SM, because it seems more reasonable and "tactical". (Does the whole unit use the same weapon? It's unreasonable and monotonous.)

But the problem is that there are not many usable parts in GW's PSM line - yes, you can use Hellmaster's weapons as plasma guns and plasma cannons, but nothing else. Meltagun？ Heavybolter？ It's available, but only in Gravis units.

In fact, special weapons and heavy weapons of old SM cannot be directly used for PSM unless do some stuff work.

So, which third-party kits provide special weapons and heavy weapons that can be used on PSM?


There is one here, Grav cannon are not my favor, and the distance between the arms is too wide.but there is only one.

I am not 100% certain if they are the exact same size as the primaris but a good place to look is Anvil Industry's Exo Lords line.

Based on the size comparison they have they look really close but I would contact them if you are unsure.
