Thanks for those vids. I like the description of Oathmark, as sitting somewhere between Kings of War and classic WHFB. Which sounds like it could almost be a sweet spot, you have some detail for character and tactics, but it doesn't get bogged down into endless slogs as WHFB combat phases could sometimes be.
Not allowing units to pivot and charge feels like a house rule that I would probably use.
