So the alpha legion list I'm looking at building calls for a squad of havocs, 4 with lascannons and 1 with mark of slaanesh. I know there are only two lascannons in a box of havocs. I found a sale online of five havocs with lascannons already primed and assembled ready for painting. If I get this, can I still add mark of slaanesh? Or do I need to equip the mark of slaanesh havoc with a different weapon because he has the mark? My copy of 9th edition codex hasn't arrived yet and the sale ends soon. Any explanation appreciated!

The Mark is on the entire squad, not just one member, and doesn't require a specific "bit" to show it. You're confusing Marks with Icons, which are only on one member (but give bonuses to the entire squad) and are represented by specific "bits". And Havocs can't have Icons (because the Havoc kit doesn't include any of the Icon "bits"). The addition of a Mark has no affect on what weapons the squad can have.

A squad of Havocs is 4 x guys with heavy weapons and one champion, who doesn't have a heavy weapon. 5 x lascannons is illegal.
