This is my second attempt at a 9th Edition list. Before anyone asks, I haven't bought any models since 6th edition so that is my I have no Primaris Marines.

Don't know Tyberos, so no comment.
Chaplains are good.

Troops are okay. If all you got is Tacs, take 'em, but they're kinda mediocre.

I'd swap one member of the Hammer squad into the Claw squad as the Sarge. 3 (4 on the first round of combat) Hammer attacks are better than 5 (6 on round one) Claw attacks, and let both squads threaten something big.
Relic Termis are fine.
The Sternguard are probably not worth it.

VanVets are Assault Marines, but better. And have more weapon options.

Devastators cap at four heavy weapons, not five.
Whirlwinds are okay, I think?

Overall, what's the game plan? Have an idea of how to win your games.

haha yes the 5th Lascannon was a typo. Whirlwinds are there for suppression ability. I've been on the fence about the sternguard. the hope was to ambush using Ravenguard Strategem or to Drop pod in and hit with lots of flamers. I could cut it down to one unit and then take something else.
