Does anyone know off the top of their heads what the best thickness is for magnets going into a standard GW base? (like, going on the underside to magnetize them for a magnetic tray) 1/16 in looks right, but I'm about to order like a thousand of them and I don't trust myself to spend the money without checking with someone else first.

I use 2mm thick ones and they hold 25-32mm bases well. You might be able to use 3mm as there is a bit of a gap, but I'm not sure if it might protrude a fraction.
