When I try to upload photos, I keep getting variations on this error message:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /var/www/s/i/at/2022/12/19/b5b8d04115de247353d36c181c10cd4e_18045.jpg_ (No such file or directory)

It worked fine a week or so ago. Can anyone help?

It worked for me yesterday, but today I am getting a broken image symbol for any attempts. Odd.

Same - can't upload images.

I'm currently getting a broken image icon in the upload section before processing the image.

Myself as well. I tried finishing the upload process to see if it was just the thumbnails in the processing screens, but alas the image also appears as a broken image icon in the gallery both on desktop and when I check on my mobile phone.

I noticed the same when "completing" the process.

For reference, I am uploading from my phone on Firefox mobile version.

I have the same problem when i want to upload a photo.

same here.

An emergency beacon has been lit, the servers most likely need another reboot or good kick in the teeth to remember their place in the hierarchy.

Thanks guys, did a massive security update yesterday and it probably mangled the permissions. Will sort now!

ok, fix is in place but there are probably a handful of other bits that are broken still. Let me know if any features remain strange or non-working!

I was able to upload a new pic. There was one that I had tried to upload while the issue was going on that was in my gallery with no actual picture, but that’s gone now. It was just a WIP, so I’m not worried about it. Just as a FYI. I’m guessing all the broken uploads got the axe.

Things seem to be working fine now, if you did an upload on Monday or Tuesday you might want to make sure it went through though.

are you seeing an error when uploading to the gallery or as an attachment to a forum post?

FWW I was able to upload attachments today and I see new uploads in the gallery.
