Hey people, I made this acc here because I was looking for a new warhammer community after quitting my Reddit account because the atmosphere was extremely toxic there where you could be globally suspended for months for saying one thing against the status quo in a completely different sub and that would shut you out of participation in the warhammer subs aswell..
It was such a toxic situation that I just couldn't make myself continue there.

I've made a LOT of armies over the years now and currently working on the base of a Tyrannofex (tyranids ofcourse) while my Tyrannofex itself is already completely done. And when its done would like to share it somewhere, but considering I have no other social media (nor want it) thought to look up some communities and this one was the only one that really seemed pleasant.

Anyway, not really interested in being social in the personal sense, I want to keep my online-activity to a minimum.

Depends on the Reddit sub you were on. I avoid the most toxic of the subs (r/sigmarxism and the age of sigmar subs seem to be the worst communities) but I enjoy r/terrainbuilding over there. r/brushforhire/ is a great way to make side cash.

Most wargamers and/or Warhammer painters are on an app called Instagram. That seems to be the most popular app for painters. That is where I used to get commissions and clients when I was in college.

I post photos on a site called IMGUR https://imgur.com/ for a free photo album and them link them in the blog with IMG / IMG tags.

The blog has 140,422 views in a few years and that is a small blog! That Imgur album also has a few 100k for my painting photos. My blog is dwarfed by some of the huge blogs that have 50+ pages of content.

Wow, thanks for those links.. actually was hoping to somehow be able to upload my two warhammer inspired books somewhere online (free txt upload sites delete them after a month or so :l ) or well actually the second book is only halfway done and been lacking inspiration lately.

I'll make a bookmark for them.

Deleted my account there last time I had a suspension over simply making a comparisan when someone claimed warhammer was "radical right wing".. but I won't go back into that subject.. I'm a bit done trying to talk with people over anything other than how cool someone's mini's look.

As for 'apps' , can't use them
I don't own nor want to own a mobile phone/smart phone (never had one of those either)
Only use a laptop at a family adress's wifi for my online time about an hour or so a day.

Anyway, as for politics.. no longer interested in talking about it anywhere.. I am personally too learned to pick sides and that tends to make both sides attack me So I'll steer clear of such discussions, only want to talk about warhammer here anyway.
