Do IG still get hammer of the emperor with the new codex? Do marines et al still get armor of contempt?

They updated the dataslate a couple of weeks ago.

If it's not in the current dataslate, it doesn't apply anymore.

Armour of content is removed from the game only the leage of votan have it now. It backed in there armour.

Hammer of the Emperor has been removed from the Dataslate as it is no longer "needed" for the new Astra Militarum Codex. The effect of the rule has been incorporated as part of the Regimental Doctrine Born Soldiers as was the ability for Officers to extend their issued Orders to multiple units (with some limitations).

I wish they'd also date when they change a rule so you know when it happened more than IF you can trust the Magenta text for just the most recent update.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.

They do mention it in the Warhammer Community article and the accompanying video. They don't note it in the document itself.
