Was it in the last Codex - I thought it was a FW option?

IIRC its been in their codex since the model was released, the forgeworld model was just an upgrade kit, didn't include the valk.

Vendeta never been in codex. It's in where it always has been. Imperial armour.

Sucks though as all fw models. Gw wants people to buy plastic due to higher profit margin

(and top of that all flyers took nerfbat to oblivion>

Vendettas were introduced in the 5th edition Imperial Guard codex (before they had a model) and were still present in the 6th edition Astra Militarum codex (by which point FW had created a resin conversion kit for the plastic Valkyrie).

They were removed in Index: Imperium 2 and the subsequent 8th edition codex.

Vultures were never present in the codex and were FW only in Imperial Armour.

Since the 8th edition the Vendetta is a FW Model since GW noticed that FW sold the Conversion kit. You can find the rules now in the Imperial Armour Compendium.

It was removed from the codex in 8th edition. You can find it in the FW stuff book.

I have one and have played it, it's fine, it's not very good, you're not missing anything.

Guardsmen, hear me! Cadia may lie in ruin, but her proud people do not! For each brother and sister who gave their lives to Him as martyrs, we will reap a vengeance fiftyfold! Cadia may be no more, but will never be forgotten; our foes shall tremble in fear at the name, for their doom shall come from the barrels of Cadian guns, fired by Cadian hands! Forward, for vengeance and retribution, in His name and the names of our fallen comrades!
