How does the auxilary detatchement work in Arks of omen

PG 6 bottom left paragraph says you can add an allied detachment that must be a patrol or super heavy auxiliary and must comply with battle brothers

but the battle brothers section says you can take an agent of the imperium auxilary support

is this free is it even takeable it clearly looks intended in battle brothers but would break the early detachment rule

Nb after writting this I found the faq makes the detatchment free but still split on if its takeable

Also second question

Can you use HEROIC SUPPORT stratagem to take a second agent of the imperium in an AoO Detachment

Question 1: I would defer to the Battle Brother Rule over the general AoO rules. This means there are cases that allow things other than a Patrol Detachment or a Super-heavy Auxiliary Detachment.

Question 2: As you noted, Battle Brothers detachments have no Command Point Cost.

Question 3: No. You may not use the Heroic Support stratagem to include a second AoI in your AoO detachment as that limitation is not due to a Detachment Ability as required by the stratagem.

You can use an AOTI in an AoO detachment, and you can use a second AOTI in an aux support detachment, with the battle brothers rule, but it would cost you 2CP, because its not changed to 0CP, only patrol and shaux detachments are free.
