Shaun Murphy here, I was a GW 'Eavy Metal painter briefly circa 2001. Recently reunited with the great Space McQuirk! He received some rather rough treatment in the DakkaDakka rumours forum in regards to his cryptic rumour drop about SpaceMcGamez's new in-development Orky Biker combat game Battlebikez. It's all in good fun folks, no need to get hung up on the details as yet! As a result of the exchanges he had on here with some trollz that needed to know details of what his post was about or their lives would apparently be over, Space has been placed in DakkaDakka jail for his own protection. Pleaze free him!!

Welcome!

If I might give some friendly advice, I'd suggest taking a softer approach the community. After more than a decade away, I've found it helpful to get to know people and engage in topics of mutual interest. I have my own game rules and books to promote, but I'm really here for the discussions, which are first-rate.

There is a game design forum and I'd focus on mechanics that are of interest to you, or designs you think praiseworthy. Will the new game be IGO-UGO, alternating activation or use an integrated turn sequence? Feed the curiosity of your potential customers.

Also, there's lots of nostalgia for the Good Old Days, so visit some of the Oldhammer threads or start your own discussions.

Looking forward to chatting with you!

Want a better way to do fantasy/historical miniatures battles?  Try Conqueror: Fields of Victory.

Do you like Star Wars but find the prequels and sequels disappointing?  Man of Destiny is the book series for you.
