I am a casual player and even less hobbier,
What would be an easy way to get a dirty white like 30k Death Guard or like the Necromunda Enforcer bounty hunter on the cover of the new campaign book?
I am hoping for something fast like speed paints or contrast paints with minimum effort but looks great.

I'm not sure there is an actual quick way to paint decent white as you generally need some layering to get good results.

The best thing I can think of is to start with a white or off-white base and give it a light brown wash. Make sure it's thinned down and try to avoid pooling so as to get a light, dirty tint. When it's dry go over it with an off-white drybrush to leave the stained brown only in recesses and on some edges, preferably ones facing downward. Then put on drybrushed white highlights with an emphasis on painting from the top.

That's the quickest way I can think of getting a dirty white that has some depth to it. I'd still put on thinned down white on select white surfaces that face upward to get some pure white areas that avoid the grainy look of a drybrush and give an illusion that the paintjob is neater than it really is.

For the Mech below I used the Citadel apothecary white contrast, then ran a black wash over it. Other effects would come from other coloured washes/shades.

Longest thing is waiting for the contrast and shade to dry. If you want it a bit whiter, you can work back up to more extensive white highlights wither before or after the wash.
