Hello, I've been reading DakkaDakka for years now. I've enjoyed just reading and looking at people's paintings. Never really played many wargames myself, but I've painted stuff for DnD and friends. So not too new with a brush. But I guess my lack of playing changes now, after a hefty gift of 40k minis. If I can get them all painted, I'll have the start to a few 40k armies on top of everything else I've put paint on.

Thus I'll also join in on the forum. Probably make a Painting Blog Thread and just chat on other threads elsewhere. Hoping posting progress on stuff will help me get through the new for me but old for them backlog. They did warn me gray in-a-box is habit forming.
