I present my new "Fuel pod" trailer, inspired by vehicle from the movie "Fury Road", although it is not exact copy. The model was designed by me from scratch and 3D-printed:

officially "promethium" is used as a catch all term for combustible fuels, so LNG would probably be called that in 40K. the term originally was used for a napalm like material, but then the lore writers started using it for everything burning hydrocarbon fuels.
