What are your recomended/favourite Necron units in 10th edition?
I want to start collecting and playing them but don't know which units to buy.
Cheers

Any of the C'tan (Transcendent with Sempiternal Weave is especially tough).

If you go Warrior heavy, Ghost Arks are good.

I use a lot of Technomancers for the 5+ FnP

My favorite Necron units are the various Destroyers.

The hexmark destroyer was a fantastic looking sculpt when it was introduced last edition, but had poor rules. This edition it looks like a fantastic addition to the army, able to provide a significant amount of return fire and also makes good use of the overwatch stratagem.

I'm looking forward to using mine in a couple of weeks when I play my first game of 10th.

The transcendent c'tan being able to take enhancements is likely a mistake that will get changed in the rules update next week. The C'tan are good units without it but I wouldn't recommend purchases based on that combo.

Necrons have a lot of good stuff this edition and not much that is actually terrible. What is the low end for the index, Canoptek Wraiths maybe? Even those aren't horrible, just a bit anemic compared to the other stuff you can bring.

Wait I forgot about the obelisk lol

I really like Lychguard this edition. They are not the best in the 'dex, and melee kinda sucks in 10e but something about them is really special to me. Specifically sword and board. This edition finally sees them fit their role as named character secret service agents, now that characters can join squads in a more meaningful way than previous editions. I just think they're neat.
