Subject: Greetings! New WH40K players reporting in.
I just joined the forum since I am looking for a place to ask questions (rules mostly) about WH40K (10th Edition).
Did I find the right forum or do you guys know of a better place to ask/discuss questions as a new wh40k player?
Me and my friends have justed finished our first three games of Combat Patrol (Space Marines vs. Tyranids). We are slowly getting a hang of it but some questions do come up. Great fun and alot of reading rules. First mission took 3 maybe 4 hours to complete:-)
We have played RPGs for the last 30 years but are pretty new in the war gamming department. Did play quite alot of Warhammer Fantasy 2nd Edition RPG but now we wanna try something new with more minatures and some SciFi weapons. Since we realy like the Warhammer Fantasy universe - WH40K seemed like a good choice. Been reading alot of 40K Lore/books lately and gotta say that I really like the links between Fantasy and 40K.
