Hello. As above stated. Can I strategic reserve possessed with MOP and come out and advance and charge with MoS strat that allows advance and charge? Or can I only charge from coming out from reserves.
I know it counts as your movement which is 9”. But can I then advance? Thanks

No. The models are placed on the table and can not move further during the movement phase.
