I was looking through the lists and trying to find a good model to hold objectives in space wolves.

Fenrisian wolves & friends while cheap do not have any objective controll. Spending points on 'troop' type units get exspensive as they are not very killy or survivable. (Although some do have good utilaty.) And scout Snipers with camocloak are exelent, but going the way of the Dodo by the time I can assemble and play with it.

However, the Lieutenant with combo weapon is 60 points, infiltrait and lone operator. Is he a good anoying objective holder while the rest of the army focuses on shooting/charging? I can grab 3 of him for 180 points.

Why 3? Lone Operative is fine if you're trying to hold an objective in your backfield, but becomes increasingly irrelevant the closer to the middle of the board you're planning to go.

For 60 points the Lt is fine, but I don't think you need more than 1 in most cases.
