Gladius. Broken down by task:

Eye objectives meaningfully, daring an opponent to come and claim it:
Azrael (130)
Sternguard - 10 men (210)
Devastator squad, plasma cannons (120)

Crash a flank with oath of moment (i.e. what sets my list apart):
Storm Speeder Thunderstrike (160)
Servitors, 2 multimeltas (55)
Servitors, 2 multimeltas (55)
Servitors, 2 multimeltas (55)
Devastator squad, grav cannons (120)

Defend the home objective & table corners and plink away, especially at screens:
Scout snipers (75)

Rapid ingress when an opponent looks to charge something:
Deathwing command squad - 5 men (1TH/SS, 1 cyclone missile launcher) (215)

Do what they do best, scoring points and stealing objectives:

Take out screens, contest enemy objectives, or just maybe turn 1 movement-block and/or perform a turn 1 charge

These used to be 5 more deathwing command squad guys, but I think there must be a better use for their points.
Some thoughts on what to pick up:
40 points: Upgrade sternguard to hellblasters
115 points: Callidus assassin
100 points: Land speeder typhoon
55 Attack bike (objective monkey or another flanker)
95 points: Terminator captain, (significantly upgrades termy unit's punch, charge range, and strat availability)
90 points: another infiltrator squad, to shut down GSC
120 points: a third devastator squad, probably grav cannons

What do you think my list needs? I'm leaning towards the Callidus plus Terminator captain. The terminator captain provides rerollable charges, which combined with the +1 charge distance and free heroic intervention that terminator squad gets means it has a 68% chance of making a charge when it comes out of deep strike even without rapid ingress. With rapid ingress, if I drop them near a squad that's about to be charged, I will not be failing the heroic intervention.

Otherwise, perhaps the Callidus and an infiltrator squad?
Attack bike, hellblasters, and devastator/Callidus?

Each of those 2 bike squads has 3 blasts. Desolation squad has 6 blasts.
Each scout sniper squad and the deathwing squad has one blast.
All of those are S4AP0D1, but then there's also the plasma cannon devastator squad with 4 plasma blasts.

I just noticed that the servitor squads don't have oath of moment, so I'm going to replace them with... not sure yet. Maybe a trio of attack bikes.
