Hiya fellas, Mako here!

I've been playing Warhammer 40K on and off for, er, more years than I'd like to admit, and after another relatively short spell away I'm keen to get back involved with the hobby and learning the ropes. Seems to me that a new edition that's still pretty fresh is probably the best time to do so, eh!

I also play Blood Bowl semi-regularly! I'm a keen gobbo player, but I run Orcs for times when I want to get battered every *other* game for a change. Up until recently I was involved in one of my local leagues (until work started eating up my time, always the way...) and I'm always looking for more practice/friendlies!

I'm kind of keen to explore the narrative side of 40K a bit more, actually - tournament and semi-competitive play is fun but I got into this because I like the stories my little guys end up acting out - so no doubt I'll be asking questions in other forums about people's experiences on that, how to run a good fun campaign etc.

For now, hi, happy to be here!

"The Dakka Dive Bar is the only place you'll hear what's really going on in the underhive. Sure you might not find a good amasec but they grill a mean groxburger. Just watch for ratlings being thrown through windows and you'll be alright." Ciaphas Cain, probably.
