10am local time is when pre-orders go live.
Note that this isn't a pre-order; its a Made To Order. That means it might take up to 180 days to be made, shipped and delivered. GW isn't sitting on stock; the orders they get will define the stock order they make to the manufacturer (since GW doesn't print in-house).

Yeah, I understand it is MTO. I got the Cursed City stuff from them, just not on day one so I wasn't sure when they posted stuff. Cursed City boxes took a loooong time to show up... lol.
They must not be on Eastern Daylight Time for the US. I'll just have to keep checking it.
