Can anyone advise on what would be best colour to edge highlight Fire dragon bright layer ?

Im not opposed to mixing but what ?

If you're talking GW paints, I'd have said Lugganath, but I don't know what effect you're going for, how bright you want the highlight, is it a first highlight or a final highlight?

My guess is Lugganath, then maybe a smaller highlight of Lugganath and white mix, then perhaps a pure white for the sharpest/uppermost points and corners.

What are you painting?

Depend on what and where it is, if it’s armor, I actually prefer a darker tone to show some weathering/chipping on a bright color, if it’s glowing melta, then you can go with a bright yellow.
