i really like the robotic nature of necrons and kind of wish they had more walker/robots.
i particularly like the doomstalkers and reanimators!

the stalker is a swing and a miss for me... i hate the rider and its just to front heavy with those giant legs.

if you were going to convert something in to a walker type construct what would it be and any thoughts on how you'd do it?

how could you turn a doomstalker into something to represent a command barge, reanimators as tomb blades etc...

im looking for inspiration without driving my opponent bonkers with counts as.

Some kind of canoptek construct would be cool. Something bigger than a spider but smaller than the seraptek.

Ask yourself: have you rated a gallery image today?

i'd definitely start with the doomstalker legs. not sure what you could use for the body, but i think you replace the top part with something a bit bulkier and which gives it a better silhouette (the AdMech walker tank comes to mind, although i don't think it fits the aesthetic). then see if you can get some arms on it with necron-y weapons!

admittedly, i'm not sure how this would work out in principle. finding an appropriate body would be the hardest part

thanks guys.
bits are always the tricky part.
im trying to piece together the idea of turning a tomb blade into something along the lines of a star wars destroyer droid.
the basic shape is there and i just realized they only have three legs which matches up shorpekh destroyers.
